Kelly Mitchell
Kelly Mitchell (born 1966/1967) is an American politician and businesswoman who served as the 54th Indiana State Treasurer. She was elected treasurer on November 4, 2014 and assumed office early on November 18, 2014. She replaced interim Treasurer, Daniel Huge, who took over after Richard Mourdock resigned. Mitchell was an at-large delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention from Indiana. She was a candidate in the 2020 Republican primary in Indiana's 5th congressional district. Mitchell received 5.3% of the vote in the 2020 Republican primary. In late 2021, Mitchell and several staff members were included in a lawsuit alleging a mishandling of state contracts via a whistleblower. The Indiana Treasurer of State is a constitutional and elected office in the executive branch of the government of Indiana. The treasurer is responsible for managing the finances of the U.S. state of Indiana. The position was filled by appointment from 1816 until the adoption of the new Constitution of Indiana in 1851, which made the position filled by election. Susan Lynn Brooks (née Wiant; born August 25, 1960) is an American prosecutor and politician. She is a Republican and the former U.S. Representative for . She was elected in 2012. Mike Boland is an American politician who served in the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 71st District from 1995 to 2010, and the Democratic nominee for Indiana State Treasurer in 2014. Born on August 20, 1942, Mike was born and spent part of his childhood in Davenport, Iowa as one of seven children. His family moved to Texas; Boland returned to the Quad Cities area to finish the final two years of high school. The 2010 Illinois gubernatorial election took place on November 2, 2010. Incumbent Democratic Governor Pat Quinn was elected to a full term in office, having become governor in 2009 following the impeachment and removal of Governor Rod Blagojevich. Wayne Seybold
Wayne Seybold (born September 5, 1963) is formerly the mayor of Marion, Indiana and a former Olympic pair skater representing the United States. Competing with his sister Natalie Seybold, he won five senior international medals, became a two-time U.S. national silver medalist, and competed at the 1988 Winter Olympics. The pair grew up in Marion, Indiana and were coached by Ronald Ludington from 1984 in Wilmington, Delaware. After retiring from skating, Seybold returned to Marion, Indiana.
