Kelly (Australian TV Series)
''Kelly'' is an Australian children's television series that was broadcast on Network Ten from 1991 to 1992. The series was produced by Westbridge Entertainment and featured the adventures of a former police dog called Kelly. Plot Kelly is a highly trained German Shepherd police dog who needs to recover from an injury on duty. Sergeant Mike Patterson sends him to stay with his son's family. Kelly becomes the constant companion of Jo Patterson, Mike's granddaughter, and her friend Danny Foster. Kelly has many classic adventures with the family and other friends and was considered Australia's answer to ''Lassie'' and ''The Littlest Hobo''. Brendan Maher (director)
Brendan Maher is a director of numerous episodes of Australian television series and several British TV series and feature films. He directed episodes of ''Five Mile Creek'' (c. 1985), ''The Flying Doctors'' (c. 1986), ''Glass Babies'' (1985) and ''Skirts'' (1990). Anne Phelan
Anne Mary Phelan (2 August 1948 – 27 October 2019) was an Australian actress of stage and screen who appeared in many theatre, television and film productions as well as radio and voice-over. Her television soap opera roles included '' Bellbird'' as Kate Ashwood, in ''Prisoner'' (1980–1985) as Myra Desmond and Monica Taylor in ''Something in the Air'' (2000–2002) as Monica Taylor, for which she won the 2000 AFI (AACTA) Award for Best Actress in a Television Drama, having previously won the 1988 AFI Award for Best Actress in a Miniseries for ''Poor Man's Orange''.
