Kellett Bay
Kellett Bay (), or Kai Lung Wan () is a bay on southwestern Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong, to the southeast of Waterfall Bay. The pronunciation of ''Wan'' () in ''Kai Lung Wan'' in the Cantonese language is like the one in (as in Cheung Sha Wan, To Kwa Wan and Causeway Bay (''Tung Lo Wan'')). Kellett Bay was named after the naval officer Sir Henry Kellett. Kellett Island and Mount Kellett were also named after him. History The hill above the bay was a Chinese public cemetery, the (), with Victoria Road linking with the northwestern side of the island. In 1960s, the cemetery was replaced by Wah Fu Estate at Waterfall Bay. Wah Fu Estate
Wah Fu Estate () is a public housing estate located next to Waterfall Bay, Pok Fu Lam in Hong Kong's Southern District. It was built on a new town concept in 1967 and was renovated in 2003. Divided into Wah Fu (I) Estate () and Wah Fu (II) Estate (), the whole estate has a total of 18 residential blocks completed between 1967 and 1978. There are several primary and secondary schools in the estate, including Pui Ying Secondary School, SKH Lui Ming Choi Secondary School and Caritas Chong Yut Ming Secondary School. They provide education to children in the estate and the surrounding areas. Fortuna Theatre is the only cinema on the estate. Victoria Road, Hong Kong
Victoria Road is a main road near the west shore of Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong connecting Kennedy Town and Wah Fu and an alternative connection of Pok Fu Lam Road. It begins north with Belcher's Street in Kennedy Town and goes along Mount Davis, Sandy Bay, Telegraph Bay and Waterfall Bay and reaches in Kellett Bay. Mount Kellett () is a mountain on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It was likely named after Royal Navy, British Royal Navy Vice Admiral Henry Kellett, the captain of HMS Starling (1829), HMS Starling in the 19th century. Kellett Island is a former island of Victoria Harbour, off East Point, Hong Kong, East Point in Hong Kong.
