Kelantan United Football Club () is a Malaysian football club based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. They currently play in the top-tier division in Malaysian football, the Malaysia Super League from 2023. Founded in 2016, the club homeground has been the 22,000-seaters, the Sultan Muhammad IV Stadium. History Majlis Perbandaran Kota Bharu-Bandar Raya Islam Urusetia Belia dan Sukan Negeri Kelantan Football Club (MPKB-BRI UBeS FC) previously known as Majlis Perbandaran Kota Bharu-Bandar Raya Islam Football Club (MPKB-BRI FC) enter the Malaysian football competition in 2016 when the club was accepted to compete in 2016 Malaysia FAM League. The club finished the season at the eight place. For 2017 season, the club will compete in Malaysia FAM League and participated in 2017 Malaysia FA Cup. Kelantan (; Jawi: ; Kelantanese Malay: ''Klate'') is a state in Malaysia. The capital is Kota Bharu and royal seat is Kubang Kerian. 2019 Malaysia M3 League
The 2019 Malaysia M3 League was the 1st season of the Malaysia M3 League that replaced the former Malaysia FAM League. Establishment and format This season saw a revamp of the competition's format by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). Announced earlier on 24 November 2018 by FAM deputy president Yusoff Mahadi, the format of the new season was outlined in a meeting by FAM's Local Competition Committee and were announced in a media statement on 19 December 2018. The format will be reverted to a straight knock-out tournament format (a format used before 2008), as opposed to the league format used since 2008. 64 teams competed for the FAM Cup, including 6 teams confirmed earlier to participate in the Malaysia FAM Cup, and teams promoted to the 2019 Malaysia Premier League. 2023 Malaysia Super League
The 2023 Malaysia Super League ( ms, Liga Super Malaysia 2023), is the 20th season of the Malaysia Super League, the top-tier professional football league in Malaysia for association football clubs since its establishment in 2004, and the 42nd season of top-flight Malaysia football overall. It is the first season after restructuring, with 18 teams (instead of 12 previously) featuring in the 2023 season. However, MFL announced that next season there will be only 16 teams as they rejected both Sarawak United and Melaka United due to failed licensing appeal. The league shrunk to 15 teams after Petaling Jaya City officially withdrawn from the league due to the expansion of the league and increased foreign player quota, which are diverted from the club's main vision. The 2020 Malaysia FA Cup is the 31st season of the Malaysia FA Cup, a knockout competition for Malaysia's state football association and clubs. The winners will be assured a place for the 2021 AFC Cup group stage. 59 teams entered the competition. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the tournament was cancelled. The Malaysia Premier League ( ms, Liga Premier) was the second-tier professional Association football, football league in Malaysia. The league replaced the former second-tier league, Liga Perdana 2 in the Malaysian football league system. The Malaysia Premier League was contested by 12 clubs where the season usually ran from early February to late October, with a Ramadan break for a month depending on the Islamic calendar.
