Keith Smith (safety)
Alton Keith Smith Jr. (born April 8, 1992) is an American football fullback for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at San Jose State. Early years Born in Pomona, California, Smith began playing football in the fourth grade. At the age of 11, Smith met Indianapolis Colts cornerback and Charter Oak graduate Jason David, who was dating Smith's older sister. David commented about Smith: "...he was so eager for knowledge, he was so eager to get better, he was willing to do whatever it took. He studied film, worked out on weekends and got better and better." Smith is now David's brother-in-law. He attended Charter Oak High School, where he played high school football, in Covina. Fullback (gridiron Football)
A fullback (FB) is a position in the offensive backfield in gridiron football, and is one of the two running back positions along with the halfback. Fullbacks are typically larger than halfbacks and in most offensive schemes the fullback's duties are split among power running, pass catching, and blocking for both the quarterback and the other running back. Many great runners in the history of American football have been fullbacks, including Jim Brown, Marion Motley, Bronko Nagurski, Jim Taylor, Franco Harris, Larry Csonka, John Riggins, Christian Okoye, and Levi Jackson. A touchdown (abbreviated as TD) is a scoring play in gridiron football. Whether running, passing, returning a kickoff or punt, or recovering a turnover, a team scores a touchdown by advancing the ball into the opponent's end zone. Jason Aeron Walter David (born June 12, 1982) is a former American football cornerback in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. Later, he would win Super Bowl XLI with the Colts, beating the Chicago Bears. He played college football at Washington State. David also played for the New Orleans Saints and Detroit Lions. College career David grew up in Covina, California and attended Charter Oak High School before attending Washington State University on a football scholarship and majoring in communications.
