Keith Reed
Keith A. Reed (born October 8, 1978 in Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts) is an American former outfielder for the Baltimore Orioles of the Major League Baseball (MLB). Reed was one of Baltimore's seven first-round draft picks in the 1999 Major League Baseball Draft. He was the Orioles #1 prospect in and made his major league debut on May 11, , called up to replace Sammy Sosa on the roster. Reed played only 6 games with the Orioles, getting 1 hit in 5 at bats. He spent all of with Triple-A Ottawa, hitting .279 with 10 home runs and 65 RBI. After the 2006 season, Reed signed with the Newark Bears of the independent Atlantic League. Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts
Yarmouth Port is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Yarmouth in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 5,320 at the 2010 census. Yarmouth Port was home to the original Christmas Tree Shops until its closing in 2007. The town is home to the international headquarters of IFAW. Geography Yarmouth Port is located in the northern part of the town of Yarmouth at (41.704633, −70.220923). It is bordered to the north by Cape Cod Bay, to the east by the town of Dennis, and to the west by the town of Barnstable. U.S. Route 6, the Mid-Cape Highway, is to the south, beyond which are the CDPs of South Yarmouth and West Yarmouth. Somerset Patriots
The Somerset Patriots are an American Minor League Baseball team based in Bridgewater Township, New Jersey, that is the Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees. They compete in the Eastern League, known as the Double-A Northeast in 2021, and were previously members of the independent Atlantic League of Professional Baseball from 1998 to 2020. The Patriots have played their home games at TD Bank Ballpark since 1999.
