She is best known for the Pongwiffy & Jim Series. Early life Kaye Umansky was born in Plymouth, Devon. She was a Australian Labor Party (Victorian Branch), Labor Party member of the Victorian Legislative Council from 1999 to 2014, first representing Melbourne West Province.
