Kirsty McCabe
Kirsty McCabe (born 10 July 1975) is a Scottish weather forecaster and presenter at Sky News, and was formerly the senior meteorologist at The Weather Channel, based at the UK office in London. Early life Kirsty attended Annanhill Primary School and Grange Academy, while at high school McCabe was an early member of the Palace Youth Theatre which was a joint venture between Kilmarnock and Loudoun District Council and Borderline Theatre Company. Niall Patterson (born 2 January 1962) is a former hurler who played as a goalkeeper for the Antrim senior team. Patterson made his first appearance for the team during the 1979 "B" championship and was a regular member of the starting fifteen for over a decade. The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (All Tiers) (England) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/1374) is an English emergency statutory instrument that replaced the second lockdown regulations from 2 December 2020. As initially made, it brought back the three-tier legal framework first introduced by the first COVID-19 tier regulations in England (in effect 14 October – 5 November 2020), but with changes to the restrictions within each tier. The regulations were sometimes referred as the "second tier regulations" or the "all tiers regulations". Exceptions to the restrictions on gatherings were initially to be permitted during the Christmas period, defined as 23–27 December 2020.
