''Kaude Shah'' (also spelled as ''Koday Shah'' or ''Kode Shah'') is a 1953 Indian Punjabi-language film directed by S.P. Bakshi (Shanti Prakash Bakshi). The film stars include Daljit, Shyama, Miss Manju, Thakur Ramesh Nagpal, Chand Burqe, Rajni, Jaswant, Kharaiti and Mohan. Sardul Kwatra composed the music with playback singers Shamshad Begum, Talat Mahmood and Rajkumari. The songs of the film became very popular written by Verma Malik. Shyama (Hindi Actress)
Shyama (born Khurshid Akhtar; 7 June 1935 – 14 November 2017) was an Indian actress who appeared in Hindi films. She was active between 1945 and 1989. She is best known for her roles in ''Aar Paar'' (1954 film) and ''Barsaat Ki Raat'' (1960 film). Career Born as Khurshid Akhtar in Lahore, Punjab in British India on 7 June 1935 into a Muslim family, Shyama moved to MUmbai from Lahore in the 1940s. As a young girl, she acted in a few films such as Noor Jehan's husband Shaukat Hussain Rizvi's Zeenat (1945 film) and ''Meerabai'' (1947). She worked with Shammi Kapoor in romantic classic Mirza Sahiban (1957). Director Vijay Bhatt gave her the stage name Shyama, by which she is credited in her movies. Chand Burke
Chand Burke (2 February 1932 – 28 December 2008), also known as Chand Burque, was an Indian character actress in Hindi and Punjabi language films. She was the paternal grandmother of Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh. Career Chand Burke made her debut in Maheshwari Productions’ Kahan Gaye (1946). Chand appeared in a number of films made in Lahore, and was widely known as “the Dancing Lily of the Punjab.” The Partition of India led to her migration to Mumbai (then Bombay) thus adversely affecting her career. Shamshad Begum (Hindi: शमशाद बेगम, IAST: ''Śamśād Bēgam''; 14 April 1919 – 23 April 2013) was an Indian singer who was one of the first playback singers in the Hindi film industry. Talat Mahmood (24 February 1924 – 9 May 1998) was an Indian playback singer who is considered one of the popular male Indian film song and ghazal singers. Although he tried his luck as a film actor, he did not succeed a great deal in acting.
