Katsi Vaptsarov
Katsi Vaptsarov (born Krastyo Georgiev Vaptsarov) ( bg, Къци Вапцаров, ''or'' Кръстю Георгиев Вапцаров) (born July 25, 1963) is a popular Bulgarian television host and film director. His name is sometimes also transliterated as Katzi Vaptzarov. Vaptzarov graduated from NATFIZ, specializing in puppetry. His TV career began in 1991 as a producer of the children's show "Кой е по-по-най" (Who is the best), but he gained prominence as the host of "Невада" (Nevada) and "Риск печели, риск губи" (Taking risks could mean wins, but also losses). In 2008, he earned a degree as a film director from NATFIZ. Rousse
Ruse (also transliterated as Rousse, Russe; bg, Русе ) is the fifth largest city in Bulgaria. Bulgarian Nationality Law
Bulgarian nationality law is governed by the Constitution of Bulgaria (article 25 and 26) of 1991 and the citizenship law of 1999 (with changes made in various years through to 2009). It is mainly based on jus sanguinis; however, it is possible to obtain citizenship after 5 years of residence in Bulgaria. NATFIZ
The Krastyo Sarafov National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts (commonly referred to as NATFIZ) is a performing, cinematic and media arts institution of higher education based in Sofia. It is the first Bulgarian university in the field of theatre and film arts. It was founded in 1948, being the only public and state-run institution of its kind in the country. The Academy enrolls about 120 new students every year, including 20 international students. Philadelphia Independent Film Festival is an annual film festival which takes place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.
