Katie Glass
Katie Glass (born June 1, 1944) is a retired professional wrestler, better known by her ring name "Diamond Lil". Professional wrestling career Glass was trained by The Fabulous Moolah at her wrestling school in South Carolina. She first appeared at Moolah's door in 1961 at the age of seventeen, wanting to be trained as a professional wrestler. Moolah would not accept Glass until her mother signed a permission slip. Due to Moolah's love of diamonds and Glass's small stature, she was given the ring name ''Diamond Lil''. Throughout the 1960s, Glass frequently wrestled against fellow female midget wrestler Darling Dagmar. The Fabulous Moolah
Mary Lillian Ellison (July 22, 1923 – November 2, 2007) was an American professional wrestler better known by her ring name The Fabulous Moolah. She began her career working with promoter Billy Wolfe and his wife, wrestler and trainer Mildred Burke, as well as working alongside professional wrestler "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers. She won the NWA World Women's Championship in 1956 and was the most prominent holder of the title for 28 years. She is overall an eight-time women's world champion and to this day holds the record as the longest reigning women's world champion in combination of all her reigns. Lucille Ann Casey (September 29, 1938 – March 1, 2021) was an American professional wrestler, better known by her ring name Ann Casey, or Panther Girl. Early life Casey was born in Saraland, Alabama, one of nine children to John and Viola Casey. John was of Irish ancestry; Viola claimed American Indian Blood—less than one eighth Creek Indian. Vicki Williams (born April 21, 1956) is a retired female professional wrestler. She held the NWA Women's World Tag Team Championship three times with Joyce Grable. Professional wrestling career During a match in June 1971, midget wrestler Darlin Dagmar teamed with Williams to defeat midget wrestler Diamond Lil and Ann Casey. The following year, Williams was a contender to The Fabulous Moolah's NWA World Women's Championship, facing her for the title in Baltimore in May 1972. Johnnie Mae Young (March 12, 1923 – January 14, 2014) was an American professional wrestler. She wrestled throughout the United States and Canada and won multiple titles in the National Wrestling Alliance. Young is considered one of the pioneers in women's wrestling as she helped to increase the popularity of the sport throughout the 1940s and during World War II.
