Kathleen Passidomo
Kathleen C. Passidomo (born May 19, 1953) is an American lawyer and politician serving in the Florida Senate. A Republican, she has represented the 28th district, which includes Collier, Hendry, and part of Lee County in Southwest Florida, since 2016. She previously served three terms in the Florida House of Representatives, representing the Naples area from 2010 to 2016. She served as majority leader from 2018 to 2020. Early life and legal career Passidomo was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, and attended Trinity Washington University in Washington, D.C., graduating with a Bachelor's degree in 1975, and later graduated from the Stetson University College of Law with a J.D. degree in 1978 after moving to the state of Florida in 1976. Naples is a city in Collier County, Florida, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population of the historical city (i.e. in the immediate vicinity of downtown Naples) was 19,115. Naples is a principal city of the Naples-Marco Island, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area, which had a population of about 375,752 as of 2020. Maggie's List is a United States federal political action committee founded in Florida in 2010 to "raise awareness and funds to increase the number of conservative women elected to federal public office." Matt Hudson
Matt Hudson (born July 9, 1966) is an American politician and businessman who served as a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2008 to 2012 and again from 2012 to 2016. Early life and education Hudson was born in Columbus, Ohio, and moved to Florida in 1977. He attended Manatee Community College from 1984 to 1987, Edison College from 1990 to 1992, and Barry University in 2007. The ''Naples Daily News'' is the main daily newspaper of Naples, Florida, and Collier County. It is owned by Gannett and has a circulation of more than 40,000. Chokoloskee is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located at the edge of the Ten Thousand Islands in Collier County, Florida, United States. The population was 359 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Naples–Marco Island Metropolitan Statistical Area. Chokoloskee was inhabited by Native Americans for at least 1500 years before European explorers first recorded visiting the island.
