Katharine Butler
Katharine Jibba Butler (born November 1967) is a British businesswoman and art historian. Early life Butler was born in London in November 1967. She is the daughter of British diplomat Michael Butler (diplomat), Sir Michael Butler and Ann Clyde, the daughter of James Latham Clyde, Lord Clyde. Through her mother she is also a great-granddaughter of James Avon Clyde, Lord Clyde and Peter Wallwork Latham. She grew up in Geneva, New York City, and Brussels. Her parents separated in 1997. Career Butler studied art history at the University of Edinburgh. She operated retail and importing businesses in the Czech Republic, including Sparkys, a chain of toyshops including a multi-story toy store in Prague. She also founded and ran a distribution company including baby products Chicco from Italy and own brand Loap's clothing. In 2015 she sold her businesses for 15 million euros. Michael Butler (diplomat)
Sir Michael Butler (27 February 1927 – 24 December 2013) was a British diplomat and a collector of 17th century Chinese porcelain. This collection was described by daughter Katharine Butler in her boo"Leaping The Dragon Gate" Career Michael Dacres Butler was educated at Winchester College and Trinity College, Oxford, and joined the Her Majesty's Diplomatic Service, Foreign Service in 1950. Puddletown
Puddletown is a village and civil parish in Dorset, England. It is situated by the River Piddle, from which it derives its name, about northeast of the county town Dorchester. Its earlier name Piddletown fell out of favour, probably because of connotations of the word "piddle". The name Puddletown was officially sanctioned in the late 1950s. Puddletown's civil parish covers and extends to the River Frome to the south. In 2013 the estimated population of the civil parish was 1450. Puddletown's parish church has significant architectural interest, particularly its furnishings and monuments. It has a 12th-century font and well-preserved woodwork, including 17th-century box pews. Simeon Borisov von Saxe-Coburg-Gotha ( bg, Симеон Борисов Сакскобургготски, translit=Simeon Borisov Sakskoburggotski, ; born 16 June 1937) is a Bulgarian politician who reigned as the last tsar of the Kingdom of Bulgaria as Simeon II from 1943 until 1946. He was six years old when his father Boris III of Bulgaria died in 1943 and royal power was exercised on his behalf by a regency led by Simeon's uncle Kiril, Prince of Preslav, General Nikola Mihov and prime minister, Bogdan Filov. In 1946 the monarchy was abolished by referendum, and Simeon was forced into exile.
