Karuppu Subbiah was an Indian actor who had acted over 300 Tamil language films in comedy roles and minor roles. He also has another name 'Mottai' Subbiah. He is notable for his comedian roles along with actor Goundamani. And also he acted along with most of Sivaji Ganesan Villupuram Chinnaiya Manrayar Ganesamoorthy, better known by his stage name Sivaji Ganesan, (1 October 1928 – 21 July 2001) was an Indian actor and producer. ''Vandichakkaram'' () is a 1980 Indian Tamil-language film directed by K. Vijayan and written by Vinu Chakravarthy. The film stars Sivakumar and Saritha. It revolves around a ruffian who, after falling in love, resolves to mend his ways. Chakravarthy wrote the script in 1976, but production began only in 1979. ''Jakkamma'' is a 1972 Indian Tamil-language Western film directed and filmed by M. Karnan. The film stars Jaishankar, Savitri and S. A. Ashokan. It was released on 14 September 1972.
