Joshiy
Joshiy (born 18 July 1952) is an Indian film director and producer from Varkala in Kerala who works predominantly in the Malayalam film industry. He made his debut with ''Tiger Salim'' (1978) and has directed over 80 films. He has also directed a few Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films. In the beginning of his career, he received national fame when he directed ''Dharm Aur Qanoon'' (1984) starring Rajesh Khanna and Dharmendra, with Khanna in double roles. Kaloor Dennis is an Indian film scriptwriter and novelist in Malayalam movies. He started his career with ''Anubhavangale Nandi'' in 1979. He worked for more than 100 Malayalam movies with the areas of his contribution including script, story and dialogue. Madhu (actor)
Madhavan Nair, commonly known by his stage name Madhu, is an Indian actor, director, producer, former college lecturer and former film studio owner, who works in Malayalam cinema and a certain number of Hindi and Tamil films. He was a prominent lead actor during the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s and has acted in more than 400 films. Madhu has also directed 12 films, produced 15 films and at one time owned the Uma Film Studio. Sankaradi
Chandrashekaran Menon, better known by his screen name Sankaradi (14 July 1924 – 8 October 2001), was an Indian actor. He was a veteran Malayalam comedian and character artist, who had over 700 Malayalam films to his credit. He dominated the Malayalam film scene in the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s as a comedian along with Adoor Bhasi and Bahadoor. Later, he switched to character roles. Early life Sankaradi passed intermediate from Maharajas College, Ernakulam. Before entering films, Sankaradi briefly dabbled in politics, journalism and theatre. ''Major Chandrakanth'' is a Tamil-language play written by K. Balachander and staged in the 1960s. It was adapted into a Hindi film titled '' Oonche Log'' in 1965, a Tamil namesake film in 1966, a Telugu film titled '' Sukha Dukhalu'' in 1968, a Malayalam film titled '' Karthavyam'' in 1982, and a Kannada film titled '' Karune Illada Kanoonu'' in 1983. Plot Chandrakanth, a morally upright blind major, gives asylum to a man who is a fugitive, having committed murder.
