Karrin Taylor Robson
Karrin Margaret Taylor Robson (née Kunasek, born 1964/1965) is an American lawyer, land use consultant, and Republican Party politician from Arizona. Taylor Robson was a member of the Arizona Board of Regents from 2017 until 2021; she was appointed to the post by Arizona Governor Doug Ducey. Robson ran in the Republican primary in the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election but was defeated by Trump-backed candidate Kari Lake. Early life Born Karrin Margaret Kunasek, she was raised in Mesa, Arizona. The Kunasek family is prominent in Arizona Republican politics. The Arizona Corporation Commission is the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Arizona, established by Article 15 of the Arizona Constitution. Arizona is one of only fourteen states with elected commissioners. The Arizona Constitution explicitly calls for an elected commission, as opposed to a governor-appointed commission, which is the standard in most states, because its drafters feared that governors would appoint industry-friendly officials. Karen Fann
Karen Fann (born September 1, 1954) is a Republican member of the Arizona Senate, representing Arizona Legislative District 1. Fann became President of the Arizona Senate in 2019. After Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election and Donald Trump and other Republicans made false claims of electoral fraud, Fann ordered an audit of the election results in Maricopa County. Janice Kay Brewer (''née'' Drinkwine, formerly Warren; born September 26, 1944) is an American politician and author who was the 22nd governor of Arizona from 2009 to 2015. John Fife Symington III (; born August 12, 1945) is an American businessman and politician who served as the 19th governor of Arizona from 1991 until his resignation in 1997.
