''Karpoorada Gombe'' is a 1996 Indian Kannada language romantic drama film directed and written by S. Mahendar. The film stars Ramesh Aravind, Shruti and Shwetha in the lead roles and featured music composed by Hamsalekha. Actor Sharan made his debut with this film. The film was dubbed and released in Tamil as Akka by RB Choudary with added comedy track of Vadivelu and Chinni Jayanth. The film was remade in Telugu as ''Seetakka'' with Vinod Kumar and Aamani. Ramesh Aravind is an Indian actor, director, screenwriter and television presenter who predominantly works in Kannada films and television. H. Anand (born 4 January 1984), popularly known as Master Anand, is an Indian actor, film director and television presenter. He is best known for his work in Kannada cinema. Anand made his acting debut as a child artist. His performance as Ganesha in the Kannada film ''Gauri Ganesha'' alongside Ananth Nag, Sihi Kahi Chandru and Ramesh Bhat was well received. Girija (born 18 September 1975), known by her screen name Shruti, is an Indian actress, television personality and politician. As an actress, she predominantly appears in Kannada film industry.
