Karolis Giedraitis
Karolis Giedraitis (born 24 March 1998 in Vilnius, Lithuania) is a Lithuanian professional basketball player for BC Šiauliai of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL). Career Giedraitis started his career with Lietuvos Rytas-2, the development team of Lietuvos rytas during the 2015–16 season, playing in Lithuanian third-tier RKL. Next season, he moved to BC Perlas of the NKL. He spent one and half season with team, and in 2019 January signed a new contract with Rytas. Soon after signing new contract, he was loaned to BC Lietkabelis On 5 July 2023, Giedraitis signed a three-year (2+1) contract with BC Šiauliai of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL). The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. Lietuvos krepšinio lyga (LKL) (''English'': Lithuanian Basketball League), also known as Betsafe LKL for sponsorship reasons, is the premier professional men's club basketball league in Lithuania. Dovydas Giedraitis (born August 17, 2000) is a Lithuanian professional basketball player for Žalgiris Kaunas of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL). Early career Giedraitis started his career in 2016, playing in the Lithuanian second-tier NKL with Ežerūnas Molėtai. Professional career In August 2017, Giedraitis signed a long-term contract with Movistar Estudiantes of the Spanish Liga ACB. Under the terms of the deal, Giedraitis spent the first two seasons playing for the club’s reserve U-18 team CB Estudiantes B in the fourth-tier Liga EBA. Andrius Giedraitis (born July 23, 1973) is a Lithuanian former professional basketball player and coach. Professional career Giedraitis started his career in the LPA Vilnius team, and he later moved to BC Sakalai. In 1998, he became a member of BC Lietuvos Rytas. He was one of the leaders of that team. In 2001, he moved to Telindus Oostende. During the 2002–03 season, he played with Śląsk Wrocław, where he became one of the team's leaders (avergaing 11.6 points per game). In 2003, he signed a contract with BC Lietuvos Rytas, however, due to an injury, he did not play. The National Basketball League (NKL) (), also known as 7bet-NKL for sponsorship reasons, is the second-tier basketball minor league in Lithuania. BC Šiauliai ( lt, Krepšinio klubas Šiauliai) is the professional basketball club of Šiauliai, Lithuania. The club competes in the Lithuanian Basketball League. It has won the 3rd place award (behind Lithuanian basketball giants Lietuvos Rytas and Žalgiris) in the LKL a record 9 times.
