Maathu
Madhavi (born 1973), better known by her stage name Maathu, is an Indian actress who was active during the 1980s and 1990s in Malayalam cinema. She is born to Telugu-speaking parents Venkit and Shantha. She is best known for her role as ''Radha'' in the 1991 Malayalam movie Amaram, alongside mammooty. Personal life Maathu was married to Dr. Jacob and later divorced. They have a son, Luke, and a daughter, Jaime. She converted from Hinduism to Christianity and adopted the name Meena. In 2018, the actress who had immigrated to the United States married Malaysian native, Anbalagan George. In an Interview in 2019, she spoke about a coming back after 19 years to film industry. Mane (film)
''Mane'' ( kn, ಮನೆ, en, House) is a 1990 Indian Kannada language film directed by Girish Kasaravalli starring Naseeruddin Shah, Deepti Naval and Rohini Hattangadi in lead roles. The film was made simultaneously in Hindi as ''Ek Ghar'' (''One House''). Plot Rajanna ( Naseeruddin Shah) and Geeta (Deepti Naval) move into their newly rented house, a badly built room in a compound also housing a noisy motor-mechanic's shop, allowing no sleep. The couple seek the help of Geeta's aunt ( Rohini Hattangadi), who knows a senior police officer. When the mechanic's shop is closed down, it is replaced by the policeman's nephew's equally noisy video games parlour. Rajanna works in a factory building large earth-moving vehicles: in the end, when the couple decide to move into a slum, these vehicles are seen in a slum clearance drive led by the police. Beladingala Baale
''Beladingala Baale'' ( kn, ಬೆಳದಿಂಗಳ ಬಾಲೆ) is a 1995 Kannada romantic movie directed by Sunil Kumar Desai, starring Anant Nag and Suman Nagarkar. It is based on a Telugu language, Telugu novel titled ''Vennello Adapilla'' by Yandamoori Veerendranath which was translated into Kannada by Vamshi titled ''Beladingala Baale'' which was also serialised in ''Sudha (weekly magazine), Sudha'', a Kannada weekly magazine. The Kannada and Telugu titles loosely translate to "lady in the moonlight". Vamshi, who translated the novel into Kannada, wrote dialogues for the movie or rather dialogues from the novel are adapted in the film without any modifications. The story revolves around Revanth (played by Ananth Nag), a chess grandmaster who is set to find out the identity of his fan, who calls him often and whom he refers to as "Beladingala Baale". Mailasandra Hanumappa Manjunatha Reddy, known popularly as Thriller Manju, is an Indian stunt coordinator, filmmaker, actor known for his work in Kannada cinema.
