Kanth, Moradabad
Kanth is a Nagar Palika Parishad in Moradabad district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is home to small-scale bandage manufacturing industries. These are sold in Uttar Pradesh and in the rest of India under various licenses. Recently manufacturing of ready-made garments has also developed, contributing to the economy of the town. Geography Kanth is on the right bank of the river Ramganga, above sea level, and has a station on the Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway, from Calcutta. Kanth Assembly constituency is one of the 403 constituencies of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, India. It is a part of the Moradabad district and one of the five assembly constituencies in the Moradabad Lok Sabha constituency. Kąty Wrocławskie (german: Kanth), often abbreviated to Kąty, is a town in Wrocław County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Kąty Wrocławskie. The town lies approximately south-west of the regional capital Wrocław. The river Bystrzyca, a tributary of the Oder, flows through the town on the eastern side. As of 2019, the town has a population of 6,994. It is part of the larger Wrocław metropolitan area.
