Kanstantsin Sivtsov
Kanstantsin Sivtsov (or Siutsou ( be, Канстанцін Віктаравіч Сіўцоў; Łacinka: Kanstancin Viktaravič Siŭcoŭ; born 9 August 1982) is a Belarusian former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2001 and 2018 for the Itera, Lokomotiv, , , , , , and squads. He retired after provisionally being suspended from the sport following an adverse analytical finding for erythropoietin (EPO). Career Sivtsov was born in the Belarusian city of Gomel in 1982. He won the under-23 road race at the UCI Road World Championships. Sivtsov joined for the 2007 season, and rode the Tour de France, finishing 32nd overall. Team High Road (2008–11) Siutsou moved to for 2008, where he took his first stage race overall victory at the Tour de Georgia, and came 16th overall in the Tour de France. 2011 Critérium Du Dauphiné
The 2011 Critérium du Dauphiné, was the 63rd running of the Critérium du Dauphiné (formerly ''Critérium du Dauphiné Libéré'') cycling stage race. It started on 5 June in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne and ended on 12 June in La Toussuire and consisted of eight stages, including a race-commencing prologue stage and an individual time trial, held as the third stage. It was the 15th race of the 2011 UCI World Tour season. The race was won by rider Bradley Wiggins, who claimed the leader's yellow and blue jersey after a strong finish on the individual time trial stage, and maintained his advantage to the end of the race. 2007 Tour De France
The 2007 Tour de France the 94th running of the race, took place from 7 to 29 July. The Tour began with a prologue in London, and ended with the traditional finish in Paris. Along the way, the route also passed through Belgium and Spain. It was won by Spanish rider Alberto Contador. Erythropoietin (; EPO), also known as erythropoetin, haematopoietin, or haemopoietin, is a glycoprotein cytokine secreted mainly by the kidneys in response to cellular hypoxia; it stimulates red blood cell production (erythropoiesis) in the bone marrow. The 2013 UCI Road World Championships took place in Tuscany, Italy, between 22 and 29 September 2013. The Championships consisted of 12 events for elite, under-23 and junior cyclists. It was the 86th Road World Championships, the 13th in Italy and the first time that the event took place in Tuscany. The different events finished near the Nelson Mandela Forum in Florence.
