Kanata Metropolitan Area
The Kanata Metropolitan Area ( es, Área Metropolitana de Kanata) is the Metropolitan Region of the Department of Cochabamba. The region is made up of the municipalities of Cochabamba, Colcapirhua, Quillacollo, Sacaba, Sipe Sipe, Tiquipaya and Vinto, adding a total of seven con-urbanized municipalities. It limits to the north with the municipalities of Cocapata and Villa Tunari, to the west with the municipalities of Morochata and Tapacarí to the south with the municipalities of Arbieto, Arque, Capinota, San Benito, Santiváñez, Sicaya and Tolata to the east with the municipalities of Colomi and Tiraque. being the penultimate included as part of this region in its plans for future development, the municipalities of the metropolitan area are arranged in an east–west direction and vice versa, structured by the most important road in the country, Route 4. Conurbation
A conurbation is a region comprising a number of metropolises, cities, large towns, and other urban areas which through population growth and physical expansion, have merged to form one continuous urban or industrially developed area. In most cases, a conurbation is a polycentric urbanised area in which transportation has developed to link areas. They create a single urban labour market or travel to work area. Villa Tunari
Villa Tunari or Tunari is a location in the department of Cochabamba, Bolivia. It is the seat of the Villa Tunari Municipality, the third municipal section of the Chapare Province. Route 4 (Bolivia)
Route 4 is a National Road in Bolivia. It is 1,657 kilometres in length, and crosses Bolivia from west to east, from the Cordillera Occidental on the Chilean border to the lowlands by the Brazilian border. Route 4 was declared part of the Bolivian National Road Network by Decree 25.134 of 31 August 1998. Route Route 4 encompasses the departments of Oruro, La Paz, Cochabamba and Santa Cruz. It begins in the west as a continuation of the Chilean Ruta 11, at Tambo Quemado and terminates in the east in the town of Puerto Suárez. From here, Puerto Busch is accessible. Capinota is a small town in the Bolivian Department of Cochabamba and capital of the Capinota Province.
