Eastern European Summer Time (EEST) is one of the names of the UTC+03:00 time zone, which is 3 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time. It is used as a summer daylight saving time in some European and Middle Eastern countries, which makes it the same as Arabia Standard Time, East Africa Time, and Moscow Time. The Putnupys is a river of Kėdainiai district municipality, Kaunas County, central Lithuania. It flows for and has a basin area of . It originates in the Pernarava-Šaravai Forest, 3 km from Skaistgiriai village. The Putnupys flows to the south east, at first through the forest, later through the agriculture fields. It meets the Šušvė from the right side nearby Kampai I village. The Putnupys pond of is made nearby the river mouth. Kunioniai (''Kunionys'', formerly russian: Куняны, pl, Kuniany) is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, the village had a population of 321 people. It is located from Josvainiai, nearby the Šušvė river, by the Josvainiai- Kampai II road. There are library, agriculture companies, farms. Former Jasnagurka manor is located next to Kunioniai. History Kunioniai is known since 1593. It developed alongside the ancient road to Kaunas and probably belonged to the Josvainiai manor. There was a small Jewish community which hosted a tavern, distillated vodka and baked cakes. There was a watermill on the Vikšrupis river and four wooden crosses made by Vincas Svirskis (did not survive till nowadays). The first school was opened in 1929. The territory of Lithuania is divided into 10 counties (Lithuanian language, Lithuanian: singular ''apskritis'', plural ''apskritys''), all named after their capitals. A ''seniūnija'' (in English: eldership, elderate, ward, parish, or subdistrict) is the smallest administrative division of Lithuania. An eldership may comprise a very small region consisting of few villages, one single town, or a part of a big city. Elderships vary in size and population depending on their location and nature. A few elderships make up a municipality. Šilainiai (Kaunas) and Dainava (Kaunas) are the most populous elderates, with population counts over , exceeding the population of some entire municipalities. Elderships manage small-scale local matters, such as repairing pavements and dirt roads, and keep records on all families living in the eldership.
