Kamichu
is a Japanese anime television series, strongly influenced by Shinto, that follows the adventures of teenage goddess Yurie Hitotsubashi and her friends. The title is short for . The series was created by , which is the joint pen name of producer Tomonori Ochikoshi, director Koji Masunari, and writer Hideyuki Kurata. It was broadcast by the anime television network Animax on its respective networks worldwide, including Japan, East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, where it received its first English-language broadcast. The series was adapted as a manga serialized in '' Dengeki Daioh'', a shōnen manga magazine, and collected in two tankōbon volumes. In July 2008, Geneon Entertainment and Funimation announced an agreement to distribute select titles in North America. is a Japanese composer, Arrangement, music arranger, and bassist. He is best known for scoring and composing music for film, Television show, TV dramas, anime and video games. Koji Masunari
is a Japanese anime director. After debuting in 1985, he has directed many series, including the anime adaptation of ''Kamichu!'', which won an excellence award at the Japan Media Arts Festival in 2005, the anime adaptation of '' Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic'', and the anime adaptation of '' Blue Period''. Hanaharu Naruko
is a Japanese manga artist, who often works in adult hentai manga. Career Naruko's career began in 2002 with the release of his first work, ''Hitai'' ("forehead"), in Comic Kairakuten. His first tankōbon collection of hentai manga, '' Shōjo Material'', was published by Wanimagazine on June 30, 2008, and scored a big hit, becoming the highest selling adult manga of 2008. is a Japanese shōnen manga magazine published by ASCII Media Works (formerly MediaWorks) under the ''Dengeki'' brand. Many manga serialized in ''Dengeki Daioh'' were later published in ''tankōbon'' volumes under ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Comics imprint. The magazine is sold every month on the 27th. A yonkoma section of ''Dengeki Daioh'' called features various omake strips of the manga series published in it.
