Kamaljit Singh
Kamaljit Singh (born 28 December 1995) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for East Bengal in the Indian Super League. Career Singh started his career with the AIFF Academy before signing for Sporting Clube de Goa in 2014. He made his debut for the side on 29 October 2014 against United in the Durand Cup. He played the full 90 minutes in goal as Sporting Goa won the match 3–2. He then made his official professional debut for the Goan club on 6 November 2014 during the Durand Cup semi-finals against Pune. He once again played the full-match in goal as Sporting Goa fell 1–2. International Singh has represented the India U19 team during the Weifang Cup in 2011. Singh was also called-up to the India U23 team for their 2014 Asian Games training camp. 2019–20 Indian Super League Season
The 2019–20 Indian Super League season was the sixth season of the Indian Super League, one of the top Indian professional football leagues. The regular season began on 20 October 2019 and concluded on 14 March 2020. Hyderabad replaced the disbanded Pune City, whereas Delhi Dynamos moved to Bhubaneswar and rebranded as Odisha. Bengaluru were the defending champions, having won their maiden Indian Super League title by defeating Goa 1–0 in the 2018–19 final. However, both teams were knocked out in the semi-finals, with Bengaluru losing 3–2 on aggregate to ATK and Goa losing 6–5 on aggregate to Chennaiyin. On 14 March 2020, ATK beat Chennaiyin 3–1 in the final, becoming the first club to win three ISL titles. 2018–19 Indian Super League Season
The 2018–19 Indian Super League season was the fifth season of the Indian Super League, one of the top Indian professional football leagues. It was established in 2013. The regular season began on 29 September 2018 and concluded on 17 March 2019. The league took a mid-season break for around one month from 17 December 2018 to early January 2019 due to India's participation in the 2019 AFC Asian Cup. Chennaiyin were the defending champions, having defeated Bengaluru in the 2018 final, however they did not qualify for the playoffs having finished the last in the regular season. 2017–18 FC Pune City Season
The 2017–18 FC Pune City season will be the club's fourth season since its establishment in 2014 and their fourth season in the Indian Super League.This will be the first season for coach Ranko Popović with the club. The 2016–17 I-League was the 10th season of the I-League, the top Indian professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 2007. The season began on 7 January 2017 and concluded on 30 April 2017. Aizawl won their first title on the final day after securing a draw against Shillong Lajong on 30 April 2017. RoundGlass Punjab FC is an Indian professional football club from Mohali in Punjab that competes in the Punjab State Super Football League and I-League. Founded as ''Minerva Academy FC'', in 2005, the club name was rebranded to ''Minerva Punjab'' after being accepted into I-League, and in 2019 the club was again rebranded as Punjab FC. I-League
The I-League (known as Hero I-League for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp) is the second-tier men's professional football competition of the Indian football league system. It is currently contested by 12 clubs across the country with the winners getting promotion to play in the premier division, the Indian Super League. The competition was founded in 2007 as the successor to the National Football League, with the first season starting in November 2007.
