Kalvi Kõva (born on 16 November 1974 Rõuge Parish, Võru County) is Estonian politician. He is member of XIV Riigikogu. Since 2001 he belongs to Social Democratic Party. 1999-2007 he was elder of Rõuge Parish ( et, Rõuge vallavanem). He has been member of XI, XII and XIII Riigikogu. Rõuge Parish ( et, Rõuge vald; vro, Rõugõ vald) is a rural municipality of Estonia, in Võru County. In 2019, it had a population of 5,427 and an area of 933 km².
