Kalusukovalani
''Kalusukovalani'' () is a 2002 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film directed by R. Raghuraj and written by Vakkantham Vamsi. The film stars Uday Kiran, Gajala and Prathyusha. The film also marks Prathyusha's final film, just before her untimely demise; she died exactly two weeks, after the film's release. ''Kalusukovalani'' was an average grosser at the box-office. The film was remade by Raghuraj in Tamil as ''Ice'' (2003). Plot Ravi (Uday Kiran), a strong headed young man gets an opportunity to travel to Switzerland after meeting Viswanatham (Satyanarayana) and becomes the general manager of Vishwanathan's business. He meets Anjali (Gajala) there and falls in love, however fate splits them apart. Back in India he becomes the head of Vishwanathan's entire business. The rest of the film is about the issues he faces and whether he succeeds in his love. Uday Kiran
Uday Kiran (26 June 1980 – 5 January 2014) was an Indian actor who primarily worked in Telugu cinema. His first three films, ''Chitram'' (2000), ''Nuvvu Nenu'' (2001), and ''Manasantha Nuvve'' (2001) were successful at the box office, earning him the title "Hat-trick Hero". The three films, all love stories, earned him a 'lover boy' image in the early 2000s. In 2001, he won the Filmfare Award for Best Actor - Telugu for ''Nuvvu Nenu'', and became the youngest winner in the category. Subsequently, he acted in successful romantic films ''Kalusukovalani'' (2002) and ''Nee Sneham'' (2002). He also starred in the films '' Sreeram'' (2002) and '' Aunanna Kaadanna'' (2005). In 2006, he made his Tamil debut with the film '' Poi'', directed by veteran director K. Balachander. Devi Sri Prasad (; born 2 August 1979) is an Indian film composer, lyricist, singer-songwriter and performer. Popularly known by his initials DSP, he is best known for his work in Telugu-language films, and has also worked in a few Tamil films. He is a recipient of ten Filmfare Awards, nine of which are Best Music Director – Telugu and one Special Award for Best Background Music, five CineMAA Awards, seven SIIMA Awards and one Nandi Award. Harini (born 30 April 1979) is an Indian film playback singer and classical singer who sings in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada films, working with many leading film composers. She is married to another playback singer, Tippu. Harini learnt Carnatic music from Gowri and Radha Viswanathan from the age of four. In her later years, she learned from Sudha Raghunathan and currently from Suguna Purushotthaman. She used to participate in school competitions and in one such competition which she won, A. R. Rahman who distributed the prizes invited the winners to his studio to record their voices.
