''Kalkandu'' () is a 2014 Indian Tamil cinema, Tamil film written and directed by A. M. Nandakumar. The film features Gajesh and Dimple Chopade in the lead roles, and was released in October 2014. Plot synopsis A demanding father pressures his son into attending medical school, despite his protestations that he does not wish to study medicine. Akhil (born 3 May 1988) is an Indian actor who has appeared in Tamil language films. He made his debut in the 2007 film, ''Kalloori'', directed by Balaji Sakthivel. Career The actor made his debut in Balaji Sakthivel's critically acclaimed film ''Kalloori'' (2007) alongside Tamannaah and produced by S. Shankar. Dimple Chopade
Dimple Chopade is an Indian actress. She acts in Telugu cinema, Telugu, Kannada cinema, Kannada, and Tamil cinema, Tamil films. Early life She was born in Pune, India and graduated in Symbiosis International University, Pune. She has learnt horse riding and the Mallakhamb. Career She tried her hand at Marathi theatre after doing a short course in film making from the Pune Film Institute. She was offered a role in a Kannada film when she was 18. Bonda Mani is an Indian actor who has appeared in Tamil language films. He has worked in comedy and supporting roles in over 270 films. Career Bonda Mani has described that his stage name is derived from his diet of bondas, when he was a struggling actor, and the suffix of his mentor, Goundamani.
