Kalikalam (Telugu: కలికాలం) is a 1991 Telugu movie starring Chandra Mohan, Jayasudha. The story revolves around the difficulties of a typical middle-class family, unable to earn money to lead a satisfied life. The film was remade in Kannada as ''Kumkuma Bhagya'' and in Tamil as same name. Chandra Mohan (born Mallampalli Chandrasekhara Rao; 23 May 1944) is an Indian actor known for his works predominantly in Telugu films. He has garnered one Filmfare Award South and two Nandi Awards. He received critical reception for his performance in box office hits such as '' Rangula Ratnam'' (1966) for which he received the state Nandi Award for Best Actor, ''Padaharella Vayasu'' (1978) for which he won the Filmfare Best Actor Award (Telugu), and ''Siri Siri Muvva'' (1978). His first Tamil film was '' Naalai Namadhe'' (1975). Rallapalli Venkata Narasimha Rao (15 August 1945 – 17 May 2019), popularly known as Rallapalli, was an Indian actor known for his works primarily in Telugu films and television. He received two state Nandi Awards. Life and career Rallapalli Venkata Narasimha Rao was born in Anantapuramu, Andhra Pradesh in 1945. He started off his career in 1960 as a theatre artist before marking his movie debut in 1974 with ''Sthree''. He acted in about 850 films in a variety of roles, including that of a lead actor. He also worked as a staff artiste in Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. He played pivotal roles in films such as ''Bombay'' and ''Minsara Kanavu'' in Tamil. Vidyasagar (born 2 March 1963) is an Indian composer, musician and singer who works predominantly in the Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu film industries. After working with several composers as assistant and conductor, Vidyasagar made his debut as a film composer in the 1989 Tamil film '' Poo Manam'' and nicknamed as Melody King Working for over 225 feature films, he is the recipient of the National Award and five Filmfare Awards.
