Kal Rudman
Solomon "Kal" Rudman (March 6, 1930 – November 30, 2021) was an American disc jockey, long-time publisher of the music industry magazine "Friday Morning Quarterback," professional wrestling television commentator and a philanthropist. He founded the Kal and Lucille Rudman Foundation with his wife. Early life and education Born in Philadelphia on March 6, 1930, Rudman attended Ferguson School, then graduated from Central High School with a strong interest in radio. He received a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania in 1951, and worked as a special education teacher. Career Rudman later became a Top 40 disc jockey at WCAM in Camden, New Jersey, and later ''Billboard'' magazine's first R&B editor. Disc Jockey
A disc jockey, more commonly abbreviated as DJ, is a person who plays recorded music for an audience. Types of DJs include Radio personality, radio DJs (who host programs on music radio stations), club DJs (who work at a nightclub or music festival), mobile DJs (who are hired to work at public and private events such as weddings, parties, or festivals), and turntablism, turntablists (who use record players, usually turntables, to manipulate sounds on phonograph records). Originally, the "disc" in "disc jockey" referred to shellac and later vinyl records, but nowadays DJ is used as an all-encompassing term to also describe persons who DJ mix, mix music from other recording media such as compact cassette, cassettes, CDs or digital audio files on a CDJ, controller, or even a laptop. Gorilla Monsoon
Robert James Marella (June 4, 1937 – October 6, 1999), better known by his ring name of Gorilla Monsoon, was an American professional wrestler, play-by-play commentator, and booker. Monsoon is famous for his run as a villainous super-heavyweight main eventer, and later as the voice of the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), as commentator and backstage manager during the 1980s and 1990s. He also portrayed the on-screen role of WWF President from 1995 to 1997.
