Kai Tak (constituency)
Kai Tak is a former constituency in the Kowloon City District. The constituency returned one district councillor to the Kowloon City District Council, with an election every four years. The seat was last held by Yeung Chun-yu of the Association for Democracy and People's Livelihood before it was abolished in 2015. Kai Tak constituency was loosely based on the old Kai Tak Airport part of Ma Tau Kok Ma Tau Kok Road Old apartments Ma Tau Kok () is a place north of To Kwa Wan, south-east of modern-day Ma Tau Chung and south-west of the former Kai Tak Airport (now Kai Tak Development) in Hong Kong. 1991 Hong Kong Local Elections
The 1991 Hong Kong District Board elections were held on 3 March 1991. Elections were held in all 19 District Councils of Hong Kong, districts of Hong Kong for 274 members from directly elected constituencies, which counted for about two-thirds of the seats in the District Boards. It was the first of the three-tier elections in 1991, followed by the 1991 Hong Kong municipal elections, May Urban and Regional Council elections and the 1991 Hong Kong legislative election, September Legislative Council election in which direct elections would be introduced for the first time. Pao Ping-wing
Pao Ping-wing, JP (; born 1948) is a Hong Kong businessman and politician. He was an elected member of the Urban Council of Hong Kong and member of the Kowloon City District Board. Early life Pao was born in Hong Kong. Education Pao graduated from the Hong Kong College. Pao earned a Master of Science Degree in Human Settlements Planning and Development from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand in April 1980. Career Pao was elected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong in 1982 and one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World in 1983. 1999 Hong Kong Local Elections
The 1999 Hong Kong District Council elections were held on 28 November 1999 for all 18 districts of Hong Kong, for 390 members from directly elected constituencies out of total 519 council members. It was the first District Council election after the handover of Hong Kong in 1997, replacing the existing Provisional District Councils appointed by Chief Executive Tung Chee-hwa. The pro-Beijing camp scored fairly well in the election, with the flagship pro-Beijing party, the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong (DAB), improved its performance in catching up with the Democratic Party, the largest pro-democracy party. The 2003 Hong Kong District Council elections were held on 23 November 2003 for all 18 districts of Hong Kong, 400 members from directly elected constituencies out of total 529 council members. It was the second District Council election after the handover of Hong Kong in 1997. Liu Sing-lee
Bruce Liu (born Xiaoyu Liu on May 8, 1997) is a Canadian pianist. Born in Paris and raised in Montreal, he began to play the piano at eight years old and was performing by the age of eleven.
