Kahlil Joseph (pronounced "''Kha-leel''") is an American film, television and stage actor and teacher of performing arts. He has worked extensively in the United States and India. Joseph is based in Los Angeles. Early life Joseph was born in New Delhi, India, but moved shortly after to Sydney, Australia with his parents for five years. While in Sydney, Joseph did his first play, acting as Noah in a production of "Noah's Ark". That created the love for performing in him. Chillicothe ( ) is a city in and the county seat of Ross County, Ohio, United States. Located along the Scioto River 45 miles (72 km) south of Columbus, Chillicothe was the first and third capital of Ohio. In this program, real-life emergency department doctors discuss their most bizarre and puzzling cases. Typically these involve medical sabotage, violently or strangely acting patients, life-threatening injuries, or even situations in which the E.R. physician is too overwhelmed or unequipped to handle the caseload but cannot transfer responsibility for the patient(s) to someone else.
