Art Kahler
Arthur Daniel Kahler Sr. (December 27, 1897 – April 23, 1982) was an American college football and basketball player and coach. He was listed in "Ripley's Believe It Or Not" as only person to coach at two different major colleges at the same time—head basketball coach at Brown University and football coach at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He later became a coach and athletic director at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas. Playing career Kahler played football at Southwestern from 1918 until 1922. Walter Camp referred him as "a line of power" when he played Camp wrote high praises for his playing ability based on his senior year of 1922. Coaching career Sterling Kahler was the head football coach at Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas He held that position for three seasons, from 1928 to 1930, compiling a record of 19–5–2. Bob Kahler
Robert William Kahler (February 13, 1917 – April 16, 2013) was an American football player and coach. He played defensive back and halfback in the National Football League (NFL) for the Green Bay Packers from 1942 to 1944. Kahler played college football at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He retired from playing in 1944. After military service in World War II, Kahler returned to Nebraska as an assistant football and track coach. In 1947–48, he was the head football and track coach at Nebraska City High School. In 1948, he moved to State Normal School and Teacher's College in Wayne, Nebraska—now Wayne State College—as head football coach and led his team to a share of the Nebraska College Conference championship. Carl Kahler
Carl Kahler, also Karl Kahler (12 September 1856 – 18 April 1906), was an Austrian genre and animal painter, particularly known for his paintings of cats. Life Kahler was born in Linz. From 19 October 1874 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts, Munich, with Ludwig von Löfftz and Wilhelm Lindenschmit the Younger. After the end of his studies at the academy, he spent some time studying in Paris, before settling in Munich. Between 1881 and 1888 he exhibited his works in Berlin, Munich and Vienna. In 1885 he emigrated to Australia, and worked until 1890 in Melbourne, where he painted three pictures of the Melbourne Cup. In one of these paintings, ''The Betting Ring'', every person in the crowd is an individual portrait. He later emigrated to the United States. In 1891, commissioned by Kate Birdsall Johnson, he painted the picture ''My Wife's Lovers'' depicting 42 cats, which became extremely well known as a published print.

Erich von Kahler (October 14, 1885 – June 28, 1970) was a mid-twentieth-century European-American literary scholar, essayist, and teacher known for works such as ''The Tower and the Abyss: An Inquiry into the Transformation of Man'' (1957). Kahler was born to a Jewish family in Prague, then part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. He studied philosophy, literature, history, art history, sociology, and psychology at the University of Munich, the University of Berlin, the University of Heidelberg, and the University of Freiburg before earning his doctorate at the University of Vienna in 1911. In 1912, he married his first wife, Josephine (née Sobotka). In 1933, deprived of his German citizenship by the Nazi regime, he left Germany, emigrating to the United States in 1938 after a period of residence in England. Kris Kahler (born 13 February 1983) is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 2000s. He previously played for the Gold Coast Titans in the National Rugby League competition, where he was a part of the inaugural Gold Coast Titans squad. He also played for the Brisbane Broncos and Canberra Raiders. Playing career Kahler played for the French Rugby League team Pia Donkeys in the Elite One Championship in the 2009 season. Otto Kahler
Otto Kahler (January 8, 1849 – January 24, 1893) was an Austrian physician and pathologist born in Prague. In 1871 he obtained his medical doctorate in Prague, and following an educational trip to Paris, returned to his hometown as an assistant to Joseph Halla (1814–1887) at the internal clinic. In 1882 he became an associate professor at Karl-Ferdinands-Universität, and a few years later (1886), was a "full professor" of pathology and therapy. In 1889 he relocated to the University of Vienna, succeeding Heinrich von Bamberger (1822–1888) as professor of special pathology. After a year in Vienna, he developed tongue cancer and his assistant, Friedrich Kraus (1858–1936), subsequently took over his lectures. Kahler died in Vienna in 1893. Royal James Kahler (March 22, 1918 – February 21, 2005) was a player in the National Football League (NFL). Biography Kahler was born on March 22, 1918, in Grand Island, Nebraska. Career Kahler was drafted in the fifth round of the 1941 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles, but his rights were transferred to the Pittsburgh Steelers due to the events later referred to as the Pennsylvania Polka. Taibi Kahler (born 1943) is an American clinical psychologist, author, and presidential communications advisor. He added the concepts of the Mini-script and Drivers to Transactional analysis theory and developed them into the 'Process Therapy Model' (PTM) and the 'Process Communication Model' (PCM) of human personality and communication. He began his career working with troubled youth, and he developed his theories about human behaviour and communication based on his experiences working with these young people.
