Hakkı Tolunay Kafkas (born 21 March 1968) is a UEFA Pro Licensed Turkish professional football manager and former player. He is manager of Turkey U-21. Biography Kafkas was born in Ankara, he is of Circassian origin. Playing career He played for PTT, Keçiörengücü, Diyarbakırspor, Erzurumspor, Konyaspor, Trabzonspor, Galatasaray, Bursaspor and Denizlispor in Turkey and SV Pasching, Linzer ASK and Admira Wacker Mödling in Austria. He finally retired in 2005. A former Turkish international football player, he played as a defensive midfielder. He made his debut for the Turkey national football team on 21 December 1994 against Italy. In total, he played for the Turkey national football team 39 times and scored 3 goals.
