Kadhalithal Podhuma
''Kadhalithal Podhuma'' () is a 1967 Indian Tamil-language romance film directed by K. V. Srinivas and produced by under Modern Theatres. The film script was written by M. K. Devarajan and A. L. Narayanan wrote part of comedy script. Music was by Vedha. It stars Jaishankar, Vanisri, R. S. Manohar and Vennira Aadai Nirmala, with Thengai Srinivasan, V. S. Raghavan Rukmani and B. V. Radha in supporting roles. The film was released on 1 November 1967. Plot Ravi is separated from his father Somasundaram, when he is barely three years old. He is reared by a kind widow. Jaishankar
Jaishankar (12 July 1938 – 3 June 2000) was an Indian actor known for his work in Tamil cinema. He was a very popular lead actor in the 1960s and 70s. He was credited onscreen with title of ''Makkal Kalaingnar'' (people's artiste) or ''Makkal Thamizhan'' (people's Tamil) in most films starring him. He was also referred to as ''Thennakathu James Bond'' (South Indian James Bond) because of his roles in films such as ''Vallavan Oruvan'' and ''CID Shankar''. Biography Jaishankar, whose real name was Shankar hailed from Kumbakonam, but was born in Thirunelveli to parents Subramaniyan Iyer who was the Judge of Thirunelveli court and Yogambal on 12 July 1938. Tony Renis (born 13 May 1938), stage name of Elio Cesari, is an Italian singer, composer, music producer and film actor. Life and career Renis was born in Milan. In the mid-1950s he met with Adriano Celentano, and the two started performing an impression of Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis. In 1958, he was signed by the label "Combo Records", and released a few cover versions of Italian and American rock 'n' roll songs as lead vocalist of the band Combos. In 1961, Renis debuted at the Sanremo Music Festival with the song "Pozzanghere". In 1962, Renis returned to the Sanremo Music Festival where he gained international recognition with the song "Quando, quando, quando", written with Alberto Testa.
