Kadhal Sugamanathu
''Priyamaina Neeku'' () is a 2001 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film written and directed by Balasekaran. The film stars Tarun, Sivaji, Sneha (in her Telugu debut) and Preetha, while Ali, Venu Madhav and Tanikella Bharani played the other important supporting roles. The film and the soundtrack received positive reviews upon release, and was a box office success. On 24 January 2003, after the completion of reshooting few scenes, the film was dubbed and released in Tamil as ''Kadhal Sugamanathu'' (), with Pyramid Natarajan playing Tarun's father and Livingston playing the comedian role of Ali. The Tamil version was also successful. Balasekaran
Balasekaran is an Indian film director and writer of Tamil and Telugu-language films. He is known for his work '' Love Today'', starring Vijay. He was once an assistant to K. Balachander. He also worked in Tamil serials as writer in ''Nandini'' and ''Lakshmi Stores''. Career After ''Love Today'', Balasekaran started work on a film titled ''Sollamalae'' for producer R. B. Choudary but later opted out. The producer released a film with the same name and a different script, later in 1998. Theni Kunjarammal
Theni Kunjarammal (died 18 April 2008) was an Indian actress and playback singer who has worked in the Tamil film industry. As a playback singer, she has worked extensively with A. R. Rahman during the late 1990s and early 2000s for folk songs, while also regularly collaborating with Harris Jayaraj. Career As an actress, Kunjarammal is best known for her roles as an old woman in a rural village, and made a breakthrough with her performance in ''Karuththamma'' (1994) as a woman who feeds insecticide to baby girls.
