Kade Harvey
Kade Murray Harvey (born 7 October 1975) is a former Australian cricketer who played first-class cricket for Western Australia. He was an all-rounder who bowled right-arm medium and batted in the lower order. Outside of cricket he is a qualified pharmacist. Having represented Western Australia at under-17 level and under-19, Harvey was invited to join the Australian Cricket Academy. He went on to play a couple of games for the national Under-19s team in a game against an Indian youth side in early 1995. Later that year he made his debut for Western Australia, playing first-class and limited overs matches for them. He soon became earmarked as a specialist one-day player and won the "Best New Talent" award after the Mercantile Mutual Cup season of 1996–97. He had taken 18 one day domestic wickets that season which equaled the competition record. Subiaco, Western Australia
Subiaco (known colloquially as Subi) is an inner-Western suburbs (Perth), western suburb of Perth, the capital of Western Australia. All-rounder
An all-rounder is a cricketer who regularly performs well at both batting and bowling. Although all bowlers must bat and quite a handful of batsmen do bowl occasionally, most players are skilled in only one of the two disciplines and are considered specialists. Some wicket-keepers have the skills of a specialist batter and have been referred to as all-rounders, but the term ''wicket-keeper-batter'' is more commonly applied to them, even if they are substitute wicket keepers who also bowl. Bellerive Oval, known commercially as Blundstone Arena for sponsorship reasons, is a cricket and Australian rules football ground located in Bellerive, a suburb on the eastern shore of Hobart, Australia, holding 20,000 people it is the largest capacity stadium in Tasmania. It is the only venue in Tasmania which hosts international cricket matches. The venue is the home ground for the state cricket teams, the Tasmanian Tigers and Hobart Hurricanes, as well as a venue for international Test matches since 1989 and one-day matches since 1988. Darren Wates
Darren Jude Wates (born 2 July 1977) is a former Australian cricketer who played first-class and limited overs cricket for Western Australia. Wates attended Aquinas College, Perth and the University of Western Australia. He started his career in the 1999–2000 season, in which he won the best new talent award on the way to the Western Warriors winning the Mercantile Mutual Cup Final. In 2004, he gave away his career as a lawyer to become a full-time cricketer, but injuries have restricted his last few seasons, with persistent hamstring problems. The Australian Domestic One-Day Cricket Final is the last match in the domestic List A Limited overs cricket series in Australia. The competition has had many names since its inception, since 2019–20 it is known as the Marsh One-Day Cup. First-class cricket, along with List A cricket and Twenty20 cricket, is one of the highest-standard forms of cricket. A first-class match is one of three or more days' scheduled duration between two sides of eleven players each and is officially adjudged to be worthy of the status by virtue of the standard of the competing teams. Matches must allow for the teams to play two innings each, although in practice a team might play only one innings or none at all. Western Australia Cricket Team
The Western Australian Men’s cricket team, formerly nicknamed the Western Warriors, represent the Australian state of Western Australia in Australian domestic cricket. The team is selected and supported by the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA), and plays its home games at the WACA Ground and Perth Stadium in Perth.
