Kacie Bosch
Kacie Bosch (born November 20, 1996) is a Canadian basketball player for the Canadian national 3x3 team. Career Bosch started her 3x3 career in 2021. Bosch was part of the Canadian team that won the FIBA 3×3 Women's Series in 2022 and 2023. In June 2024, Bosch was named to Canada's 2024 Olympic team. Personal life Bosch completed a Bachelor of Arts in psychology at the University of Lethbridge. Lethbridge ( ) is a city in the province of Alberta, Canada. With a population of 101,482 in its 2019 municipal census, Lethbridge became the fourth Alberta city to surpass 100,000 people. The ''Lethbridge Herald'' is the leading daily newspaper in greater Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. It is owned by Alta Newspaper Group and also publishes and distributes a weekly newspaper, the ''Lethbridge Sun Times''. Early history On November 8th 1905, Fred E. Simpson and A.S. Bennett, both from Cranbrook, British Columbia, published the first issue of the ''Lethbridge Weekly Herald''. The paper started in a building on what is now Fifth Street South. Shortly after the launch of the ''Weekly Herald'', William Ashbury Buchanan bought a half interest in the paper, and by the end of 1906 was its sole owner. Buchanan came from a newspaper career in Ontario and managed a staff of six and circulation of 300 within the first year. The FIBA 3x3 World Cup is a 3x3 basketball tournament for national teams organized by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). The debut of the tournament then named as the FIBA 3x3 World Championship was held in August 2012 in Athens, Greece. The current champions are Serbia in the men's division and France in the women's division. There are two events in the tournament; one for men and another for women.
