KVEN (1520 AM, "La Voz 1520 AM & 96.3 FM") is a commercial radio station that is licensed to Port Hueneme, California and serves the Ventura County area. The station is owned by Gold Coast Broadcasting and broadcasts a Spanish-language news/talk format. By day, KVEN has a power of 10,000 watts. With a good radio, it can be heard up and down the Pacific Coast of California, from San Diego to Santa Barbara. KOSJ (1490 AM) is a commercial radio station that is licensed to Santa Barbara, California and serves the Santa Barbara area. The station is owned by Rincon Broadcasting and broadcasts a rhythmic oldies music format branded "Old School 94.1 and 1490 AM".
