It is owned and operated by Deer Creek Broadcasting and Digital Interactive LLC, which also owns News-Talk 93.9 KPAY-FM (formerly KFMF-FM), KPAY Fox Sports 1290 AM /102.9 FM, Mix 95.1 Lite Rock KMXI-FM, KZAP-FM 96.7 Classic Rock and formerly owner of Regional Spanish station KHHZ-FM 97.7 (known as La Gran X/Radio Mexico), now owned by Bustos Media. Red Bluff is a city in and the county seat of Tehama County, California, United States. The population was 14,710 at the 2020 census, up from 14,076 at the 2010 census. It is located north of Sacramento, south of Redding, and it is bisected by Interstate 5. Red Bluff is situated on the banks of the upper Sacramento River.
