KLVB (99.5 FM) is a radio station serving the Sacramento metropolitan area with the contemporary Christian format K-Love. It is owned and operated by the Educational Media Foundation, based in nearby Rocklin, California. EMF re-launched KLVS in mid-April 2008 to serve the Sacramento area after moving the station in from Grass Valley, but on May 28, it went silent after the Federal Aviation Administration voiced concern over the new 358-foot radio tower the station built in El Dorado Hills El Dorado Hills (''El Dorado'', Spanish for "The Golden") is an unincorporated town and census-designated place in El Dorado County, California. Air1 is an American Christian radio network. Owned by the Educational Media Foundation (EMF), it primarily broadcasts contemporary worship music, and is a sister to the EMF's K-Love network. Usually unlike dead air (broadcasting only silence), a station that is dark or silent does not even transmit a carrier signal. Rocklin, California
Rocklin is a city in Placer County, California, about from Sacramento, and about northeast of Roseville in the Sacramento metropolitan area. Besides Roseville, it shares borders with Granite Bay, Loomis and Lincoln. As of the 2010 census, Rocklin's population was 56,974. The California Department of Finance placed the 2019 population at 68,823.
