Kommunal Landspensjonskasse Gjensidig Forsikringsselskap or KLP is an Oslo-based mutual insurance company that manages the pensions of municipal employees in Norway. As of 31 March 2021, the fund had assets of NOK 813.5 billion (US$95.1 billion), with 337 municipal and county authorities, 31 health trusts and 2,300 public sector firms as clients. Norway's largest pension fund, KLP was established in 1949. Until 1974 the portfolio was managed by Norsk Kollektiv Pensjonskasse, after which KLP received its own license. KLP Eiendom is a major subsidiary that manages real estate in Norway and Denmark. State employees are insured through the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund. KLP Eiendom is a Norwegian real estate management company owned by Kommunal Landspensjonskasse (KLP). It manages a portfolio of real estate on behalf of the clients of KLP, municipal and county employees. Most of the investments are located in Oslo and Trondheim, though there are other localities in Norway too, in addition to some in Denmark and Sweden. The total portfolio includes more than 1.700.000 square meters. Included in the portfolio are a number of shopping centers and hotels. Kristy Lee Peters, known professionally as KLP, is an Australian singer, songwriter, record producer, DJ and radio personality from Sydney, New South Wales. Kristy was the host and presenter on Triple J's House Party program from the years 2015 to 2018. Career KLP has played a list of festivals and events including: Splendour in the Grass, Field Day (Sydney festival) and Falls Festival. Kristy has written music for and with Skrillex, Slumberjack, Nicole Millar, and Japanese group Banvox. In May 2020, "Energy" peaked at number 1 on the ARIA club tracks chart as well as being nominated for ARIA Award for Best Dance Release.
