Košarkaški klub Partizan is a professional basketball club based in Belgrade, Serbia that competes in the Basketball League of Serbia, Adriatic League and Euroleague. The club was founded on 4 October 1945, as a basketball section of the Sports Association of the Central House of the Yugoslav Army. Košarkaški klub Partizan ( sr-Cyrl, Кошаркашки клуб Партизан, English: Partizan Basketball Club), commonly referred to as KK Partizan or simply Partizan, is a professional basketball team based in Belgrade, Serbia. It is part of the multi-sports Belgrade-based club Partizan. The club is a founding member and shareholder of the Adriatic Basketball Association, and competes in the ABA League, the EuroLeague and in the Basketball League of Serbia. Since 1945, Partizan has won 48 trophies and is the holder of the 21 national champion titles. They have also won 16 national basketball cups, 6 Adriatic championships and 1 ABA League Supercup, and most notably the European Champion trophy at the Final Four of the EuroLeague in Istanbul in 1992. 2010–11 Euroleague
The 2010–11 Turkish Airlines Euroleague was the 11th season of the modern era of professional Euroleague Basketball, and the first under the title sponsorship of Turkish Airlines. Including the competition's previous incarnation as the FIBA Europe Champions Cup, this was the 54th season of the premier first-tier competition for European men's clubs. The format featured 24 teams, beginning with Game 1 of the first qualifying round on September 21, 2010, and culminating at the Final Four in the Palau Sant Jordi, Barcelona. It was won by the Athenian club Panathinaikos (6th title), who defeated Maccabi Electra in the championship game of May 8, 2011. Jovan "Jovo" Stanojević (Cyrillic: Јово Станојевић; born 27 September 1977) is a Serbian former professional basketball player. Professional career Stanojević began his professional career at the age of 16, playing with Vojvodina in the Yugoslav Basketball League. As one of the most promising players of his generation, Stanojević participated twice at the Nike Hoop Summit in 1995 and 1996. Srđan Živković ( sr-cyr, Срђан Живковић; born 14 March 1986) is a Serbian former professional basketball player. Professional career Until 22 February 2019, Živković was the record-holder for being the youngest player to have appeared in a EuroLeague game. Živković made his debut for Partizan in an 86–77 win over Telindus Oostende in the opening game of the 2001–02 EuroLeague season. That was his first and last EuroLeague game. Veselin Petrović ( sr-cyr, Веселин Петровић; born 1 July 1977) is a Serbian professional basketball coach and former player. He currently works as an assistant coach for OKK Beograd of the Basketball League of Serbia. Playing career Petrović grew up with the Bosna Sarajevo youth teams. Vlado Šćepanović (born 13 November 1975) is a Montenegrin professional basketball coach and former player. At , he played the shooting guard position.
