KHEY (AM)
KHEY (1380 kHz) is a Fox Sports Radio AM affiliate in the El Paso, Texas, United States, area. The station is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc. The station is licensed to broadcast in HD radio, but does not currently broadcast in HD. Historically, KHEY was one of several country music stations in the El Paso, Texas market, and was the last AM station in the market to keep its country format. The station was assigned a frequency of 690 AM, owner Clear Channel Communications swapped frequencies with station KTSM in 2000. KHEY-FM
KHEY-FM (96.3 MHz) is a commercial radio station in El Paso, Texas. It airs a country music radio format and is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc. The station carries the syndicated ''Bobby Bones Show'' on Monday through Saturday mornings, and ''After Midnight with Granger Smith'' overnight. The rest of the weekday schedule features local DJs. The studios and offices are on North Mesa Street (Texas State Highway 20) in West Central El Paso. KHEY-FM has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 88,000 watts (100,000 with beam tilt). The transmitter is off Scenic Drive in the Franklin Mountains in El Paso. The signal covers parts of Texas, New Mexico and the Mexican state of Chihuahua, including Ciudad Juárez.
