Klubi Futbollit Erzeni Shijak is an Albanian football club based in Shijak. They currently compete in the Kategoria Superiore, which is the first tier of Albanian football, and they play their home games at the Tefik Jashari Stadium. History Founded in 1931, Erzeni had three seasons in the Kategoria Superiore, the top tier of the Albanian football pyramid, between 2000 and 2003. Return to Kategoria Superiore The club was promoted back to the top tier of Albanian Football after finishing as runners-up in the 2021–22 Kategoria e Parë, behind winners Bylis. Ardit Peposhi (born 14 September 1993) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Erzeni] in the Albanian Superliga. Nevil Dede
Nevil Thanas Dede (born 10 January 1975) is an Albanian professional football coach and former player. A centre-back, Dede spent most of his club career with his hometown club Tirana, winning a string of trophies, including 8 championships, being one of the most decorated players. Dede has also been an Albanian international, representing Albania in 30 matches. He was also named Albanian Footballer of the Year in 2006. After retiring early on in the 2009–10 season, Dede was appointed assistant manager of Tirana. Dorjan Bubeqi (born 26 October 1978) is a retired Albanian footballer who currently serves as manager of Besa Kavajë in the Albanian First Division. Club career Bubeqi began his playing career in Besa Kavajë's youth system as a centre-forward. He was a member of the 1992–93 Besa U19 championship winning team. Agim Hysen Murati (8 March 1953 – 15 September 2005) was an Albanian international football striker. During his career, Murati was recognised for "his ability to head the ball in the penalty area". Playing career Early years Agim Hysen Murati was born on 8 March 1953 in Shijak, the son of Hysen and Myhrie Murati. He was raised in Shijak and attended the high school.
