Juho Viitasaari
Juho Theodor Viitasaari (30 January 1891, Orivesi – 31 August 1920) was a Finnish communist activist and a Helsinki-based baker. Viitasaari was one of the founders of the Finnish Communist Party in 1918. He was a Red Guard officer in Saint Petersburg in 1920. Viitasaari was one of the victims of the Kuusinen Club Incident in Saint Petersburg in 1920 when radical Finnish communists killed eight members of the Communist Party in a power struggle. Orivesi () is a town and a municipality of Finland. It is part of the Pirkanmaa region. The municipality has a population of () and covers an area of of which is water. The population density is . The municipality official language is monolingually Finnish. Orivesi was founded in 1869. It was municipality until 1986 when it became a city of Finland. The municipality of Eräjärvi was consolidated with Orivesi in 1973. A part of the municipality of Längelmäki was consolidated with Orivesi in 2007. The Field of Mars ( rus, Ма́рсово по́ле, r=Marsovo Polye) is a large square in the centre of Saint Petersburg. Over its long history it has been alternately a meadow, park, pleasure garden, military parade ground, revolutionary pantheon and public meeting place. The space now covered by the Field of Mars was initially an open area of swampy land between the developments around the Admiralty, and the imperial residence in the Summer Garden.
