Jugoslav Vlahović
Jugoslav Vlahović ( sr-cyr, Југослав Влаховић, born 1949) is a Serbian artist, illustrator, photographer and a former rock musician. Vlahović is known for his work on album covers. He is also known as a former member of the rock band Porodična Manufaktura Crnog Hleba. He is the father of Jakša Vlahović, a member of the gothic metal band Abonos and thrash metal band Bombarder, and Marta Vlahović, a former Abonos member. Biography Vlahović was born in Belgrade in 1949. He graduated at the Second Belgrade Highschool and later at the Academy of Applied Arts in Belgrade. In 1968 Vlahović formed acoustic rock band Porodična Manufaktura Crnog Hleba with his sister Maja de Rado. The band released several 7-inch singles and one studio album, ''Stvaranje'', before disbanding in 1975. During this period Vlahović also appeared in rock musical ''Hair'' performed at Atelje 212. Suncokret
Suncokret ( sr-cyr, Сунцокрет; trans. ''Sunflower'') was a Yugoslav acoustic rock band from Belgrade. Band history 1975 — 1980 The band was formed in 1975 by former Zajedno member Bora Đorđević (vocals and acoustic guitar), a former U Cvetu Mladosti member Nenad Božić (vocals and acoustic guitar) and female singers Snežana Jandrlić and Vesna Rakočević. After release of the single "Kara Mustafa", Vesna Rakočević left the band and joined Zdravo, and Bilja Krstić and Gorica Popović became new Suncokret members. At the half of 1976, they were joined by bass guitarist Bata Sokić. The band released several successful singles, some of them inspired by traditional songs. In 1976, they appeared in Mića Milošević's film ''Tit for Tat'', and some of their songs were used in the film. Bulevar (band)
Bulevar ( sr-cyr, Булевар; trans. ''Boulevard'') were a Serbian and former Yugoslav new wave band from Belgrade. History Band formation The band history dates from the days of the group Tilt consisting of young highschool attendants Dejan Cukić (a former Dizel member, vocals), Nenad Stamatović (guitar), Dušan Bezuha (guitar), Miroslav Cvetković (bass) and drummers at different times, Vlada Golubović and Predrag Jakovljević. The band sometimes also performed with rock veteran Branko Marušić "Čutura" (guitar, vocals). Following the departures of Bezuha, Golubović, who went to Suncokret, and Cvetković, who went to Pop Mašina, the band ceased to exist. Stamatović, who was in the band Zebra, along with Cukić, Jakovljević and Suncokret bassist Branko Isaković, formed Bulevar in 1978. Bezobrazno Zeleno
Bezobrazno Zeleno ( sr-cyr, Безобразно Зелено, trans. ''Rudely Green'') was a Yugoslav rock band formed in Belgrade in 1980. Led by bass guitarist Bojan Vasić, the band belonged to the second generation of Belgrade new wave bands and took part in the notable '' Artistička radna akcija'' compilation album. In 1984 the band released their debut album ''BZ1'', but ended their activity soon after the album release. The band reformed in 1988, releasing their second studio album, ''Neonske bajke'' (1989), which featured more power pop-oriented sound. However, the band disbanded once again in 1991, due to the outbreak of Yugoslav Wars. Alisa ( sr-cyr, Алиса; Slavic analogue to the female name Alice) is a Serbian and Yugoslav pop rock band formed in Belgrade in 1984. Alisa gained nationwide popularity in the late 1980s, disbanding with the outbreak of Yugoslav Wars. The band reunited at the beginning of 2000s, releasing one album before another disbandment. ''Koza nostra'' (transliteration for "Cosa Nostra", also a word play, with "koza" meaning goat in Serbian) is the tenth studio album from Serbian and former Yugoslav rock band Riblja Čorba, released in 1990. Riblja Čorba ( sr-Cyrl, Рибља Чорба, pronounced ; translation: lit. ''Fish Stew'') is a Serbian and former Yugoslav rock band formed in Belgrade in 1978.
