Judge Pat Morris
Patrick Joseph "Pat" Morris (born January 1938) is an American politician. He was the List of mayors of San Bernardino, California, Mayor of San Bernardino, California from 2006 to 2014, and is a member of the Democratic Party (United States), Democratic Party. Early life Morris was born and grew up in Needles, California, along the Colorado River, where his father worked for the railroad. He graduated cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and was a member of Kappa Sigma Sigma at the University of Redlands. He received his Juris Doctor, J.D. degree from Stanford Law School and was admitted to the State Bar of California on June 5, 1963. Career He served in the Army Reserve for three years. For three years he served as a San Bernardino County Deputy District Attorney. He left the District Attorney's Office to enter private practice law, primarily family law. Judith Valles
Judith Valles (born 1933) is an American educator and former politician. She was the first Hispanic mayor of San Bernardino. The daughter of Gonzalo and Jovita Valles, both Mexican immigrants, she was born in San Bernardino and was educated at San Bernardino High School and at San Bernardino Valley College (SBVC). She taught elementary school and high school while earning a BA in English from the University of Redlands. Valles went on to earn a master's degree in Spanish literature from the University of California, Riverside and to do doctoral work at the University of California, Los Angeles. She later completed a doctorate in Education at the University of Redlands. In 1965, she became a member of the faculty at SBVC, where she taught Spanish until 1984. White House
The White House is the official residence and workplace of the president of the United States.
