José Antonio Labordeta
José Antonio Labordeta Subías (10 March 1935, in Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain – 19 September 2010, Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain) was a Spanish ( Aragonese) singer, songwriter, poet, writer and political activist. He was described by The ''Gran Enciclopedia Aragonesa'' 2000 (''Great Aragonese Encyclopedia'') as "The most important Aragonese singer-songwriter". He began singing in an attempt to give more relevance to his poetry; his songs are well-known and beloved anthems in Aragón. Poetic songs such as "Aragón", " Canto a la Libertad" (''Song for Freedom'') or "Me dicen que no quieres" (''They tell me you don't want to'') were also sung all around Spain. He was also the founder of the ''Andalán'' newspaper, which was very influential during the 1970s. Canto A La Libertad
Canto a la libertad (Chant to Liberty) is the most well-known song by Aragonese singer-songwriter José Antonio Labordeta. It was composed in 1975 to represent "a dream of solidarity, humanity, social justice, hope and freedom" and constitute "a hymn to the Aragonese people". Proposal as Anthem of Aragon As early as 1989, in the debate for the urgent approval of an Himno de Aragón in the Cortes of Aragon, the Aragonese Party (PAR) proposed Canto a la libertad as the official anthem, after first consulting the initiative with Labordeta. The proposal failed, being only supported by PAR. The political party Chunta Aragonesista (CHA) (founded in 1986 and for which Labordeta was a member of parliament in the Cortes of Aragon in 1999, and a deputy in the Congress from the year 2000 to 2008) continued to insist it be recognized as the legitimate anthem. ''Público'' () is a Spanish online newspaper. It was published as a print daily newspaper between 2007 and 2012. The print version folded but the newspaper continues online. Prostate cancer is cancer of the prostate. Prostate cancer is the second most common cancerous tumor worldwide and is the fifth leading cause of cancer-related mortality among men. Ángela Labordeta (Ángela Labordeta de Grandes) is a Spanish writer and journalist. Biography Ángela Labordeta was born in Teruel, Aragón, in 1967. She is the daughter of José Antonio Labordeta (brother of Miguel Labordeta) and Juana de Grandes. Her siblings are Paula and Ana Labordeta. Her grandparents are Miguel Labordeta Palacio and Sara Subías Bardají. She lives in Zaragoza, where she studied literature. ''El Periódico de Aragón'' is an Aragonese daily newspaper, founded in Zaragoza, on 23 October 1990 by Juancho Dumall. It is published by the Grupo Zeta and whose information focuses primarily on Section Aragon, Opinion and Sports. History ''El Periódico de Aragón'' was born on 23 October 1990 and soon began to establish itself as the second largest newspaper in the community just behind the ''Heraldo de Aragón''.
