Josh Nurse
Josh Nurse (born July 17, 1996) is an American football cornerback for the Edmonton Elks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2020 following his college football career with the Utah Utes. He has also been a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Calgary Stampeders, Birmingham Stallions, and Memphis Showboats. Professional career Baltimore Ravens Nurse signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent following the 2020 NFL Draft on May 5, 2020. He was waived during final roster cuts on September 5, 2020. Jacksonville Jaguars Nurse signed to the Jacksonville Jaguars' practice squad on September 14, 2020, and was released five days later. The Utah Utes football program is a Power 5 Conference college football team that competes in the Pac-12 Conference (Pac-12) of the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) of NCAA Division I and represents the University of Utah. The Utah college football program began in 1892 and has played home games at the current site of Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City since 1927. They have won 28 conference championships in five conferences during their history, and, as of the end of the 2022 season, they have a cumulative record of 711 wins, 476 losses, and 31 ties (.596). Birmingham Stallions (2022) Players
The Birmingham Stallions were a franchise in the United States Football League, an attempt to establish a second professional league of American football in the United States in competition with the National Football League. They played their home games at Birmingham, Alabama's Legion Field. They competed in all three USFL seasons, 1983–1985. During their run, they were one of the USFL's more popular teams, and seemed to have a realistic chance of being a viable venture had the USFL been better run.
